Join forces with Café Massawippi's team and tackle the every day hustle and bustle of a professional kitchen.

A meeting with our chef will be scheduled beforehand, in order to devise a menu duly suited to your taste and preference.

Schedule:

• 13:00 Visit of the premises and presentation of kitchen vest to participant
  
• 13:30 to 17:00 Set up of the CHEF FOR A DAY exclusive menu and of regular menu
  
• 17:00 Meal with employees
  
• 17:30 Summary of participant's assigned duties
  
• 18:00 Start of evening meal service
  
• 22:00 Participant and guests are invited to taste dessert
  
• 22:45 Well deserved break
